  3. Lynn: That was taken at Mill Pond Park. It's man's decent attempt at augmenting the natural pond from time to time. The pond itself drains into the waterfall that greets you on the main blog.

    I like to think of it as a slice of country smack dab in the middle of suburbia.

    It is very relaxing and peaceful, especially on the weekend, when there's no traffic and you can really enjoy the quiet solitude of the mountain.

    Yeah, that particular pond will always be around and with plenty of ducks and geese, it will have no shortage of feathered friends to amuse and entertain everyone who visits.
