Lynn: That was taken at Mill Pond Park. It's man's decent attempt at augmenting the natural pond from time to time. The pond itself drains into the waterfall that greets you on the main blog.
Talon: Glad I could give you a smile for a Monday. :D
I finally made t to the good machine so I didn't have to wait all night to load... Yep, you live in a great spot! Even the birds like it. Glad they see fit to visit the tree n the bath there for your entertainment.
Yeah, that particular pond will always be around and with plenty of ducks and geese, it will have no shortage of feathered friends to amuse and entertain everyone who visits.
I like that fountain - is that in a park?
ReplyDeleteThe toys along the windowsill totally made me smile. Thanks, G! :)

Nice peaceful place - those who live there must find a respite from every day life.
ReplyDeleteJenny: Thanks for stopping by.
ReplyDeleteI like to think of it as a slice of country smack dab in the middle of suburbia.
It is very relaxing and peaceful, especially on the weekend, when there's no traffic and you can really enjoy the quiet solitude of the mountain.

ReplyDeleteYes, my front yard is turning into the perfect rest area again. :D
I hope the pond lives long, and becomes a home to many a feathered creature.
